Duggar Fans Wonder If Johannah Is Happy
For a while, there has been speculation about the happiness of the Duggar kids. This is true of both the kids at home and the kids out on their own. Some critics call the family’s lifestyle and religious background a cult. This is likely what prompts the questions about the kids’ happiness. There have been concerns about Jinger Vuolo, Ben Seewald, Lauren Duggar, and others.
Now, fans are concerned about Johannah. On a confession page for the Duggar and Bates families, someone submitted an anonymous confession about Johannah. They wrote, “I hope Johannah is the one to escape the cult. You can tell in pictures that she is over her family’s way of life.”
Along with the post, a few pictures featuring Johannah were featured. Some of the page’s followers thought that the specific pictures didn’t make her look unhappy, but they still agreed.

In the comments section of this confession, fans joined in the conversation. One said, “I think she’s like Joy. Introverted, a bit of a tomboy, relaxed personality.” Another said, “I think that’s just her face. She’s sheltered and doesn’t know any better.” Someone said, “She looks miserable”. A couple said that they wish she would leave the “cult”.

What do we know about Johannah Duggar?
Johannah isn’t very well-known among fans of 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On. She’s been a part of the shows here and there. But, most fans can’t set her apart from the rest of the tween-aged girls in the family. Fans are definitely more familiar with the oldest children in the family. This may be due to social media and also watching the kids grow up on the shows.
Johannah is currently 14 years old. She is Jim Bob and Michelle‘s 16th child. After seeing a recent photo, the Duggar family’s followers left comments saying that Johannah looks a lot like her older sister Jessa. Another follower said she looks like Jana.
Based on the photo, it also seems like Johannah enjoys spending quality time with her young cousins. And, her sisters and brothers likely appreciate the extra help.
Fans hope to see more of Johannah and the rest of the kids. There are a handful that aren’t very well-known. As they age, we may see more of them on TLC. This will be more likely when they start courting, marrying, and have families of their own.
