Duggar Fans Can’t Get Over How Similar Joy And Jessa Look
In the Duggar family, some of the kids look alike and others don’t. It’s like that in any family. Most fans agree that you can tell all of the kids are related. And, of course, some of them look similar to Michelle or Jim Bob.
Some of the cousins even look alike. Fans often point out that Jessa Seewald’s daughter, Ivy, looks like Jinger Vuolo’s daughter, Felicity.
Until now, few fans have said anything about Jessa and Joy-Anna Forsyth looking alike. Jessa is the fifth Duggar kid and is 28 years old. She’s got three kids with her husband, Ben Seewald. Joy is the ninth child in the family, and she’s 22 years old. She is married to Austin Forsyth. Together, they have one son, Gideon.

TV Shows Ace reported that Joy recently met up with her friend, Carlin Bates, in Tennessee. Carlin and Joy have been best friends since they were young. They both shared sweet posts on social media about their friendship and the special time they had this week. Many fans of the family commented on how great the girls’ friendship is.
But, Duggar fans were focused on something else in the photo. They couldn’t handle how much Joy looks like her older sister Jessa in the photos. Some were confused about the pictures and actually thought that Joy was Jessa.

Previously, fans didn’t say that the Duggar sisters don’t look alike. They just haven’t noticed the similarities until now. This could be due to the fact that Joy typically wears glasses. In the photos she shared while she was with Carlin, she wasn’t wearing glasses. Jessa isn’t ever pictured with glasses, which may have led to this confusion.
One of Joy’s followers commented and said, “I thought you were Jessa at first glance!! Beautiful pictures 💕”. Another Duggar fan said, “Seriously thought this was Jessa”. Plenty of other commenters shared similar thoughts about the picture. Some of them mentioned Joy’s darker hair. It’s unclear whether she dyed it or if it’s just a filter on the photo. It’s been a little while since Joy has shared a photo of herself on social media. They agree that the dark hair looks good on Joy anyway.
A couple of Duggar fans added that Joy looks like Jinger in the post. Most say she looks like Jessa though. This isn’t a surprise because fans also agree that Jinger and Jessa look alike.
