Joy-Anna Duggar’s Family Expands & Gideon Is In Love
Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar and her family grew by one new member this Valentines’ Day weekend. On Saturday, Joy-Anna announced on Instagram that she and her husband, Austin Foryth, adopted a super cute puppy.
Settling Into the New Family
According to Inquisitr, Joy-Anna’s post included two pictures of the new puppy. She went on to say that the little dog is a black Labrador Retriever.
In the first photo, the adorable puppy is on the floor looking up at Austin with her big brown puppy dog eyes. Austin is sitting next to her on a short stool holding her leash.
Austin’s smile in the photo is quickly outshined by the grin on the face next to him. That eye-catching grin comes from the face of his 1-year-old son Gideon. Puppy Loving
According to Joy-Anna’s Instagram caption, the puppy’s name is Brielle. She went on to mention that Gideon calls her “B” for short.
In Joy-Anna’s second photo, the puppy is stretched out on the floor with her head resting on the edge of a rug looking a bit worn out. Despite this, Gideon is pictured laughing and laying on his stomach beside his new furry sibling.
Above all, Joy-Anna and Austin’s Instagram followers were thrilled to meet their newest addition and especially thrilled to see Gideon looking so happy. Within minutes their followers left the family a long list of sweet comments.
For instance, one follower replied, “Awww how precious! Nothing like a little boy and his best friend doggy. They’ll grow together being besties.” While another responded, “That smile lights the whole world. Labs are such great dogs for kids.”
Similarly, a third fan wrote, “He’s stinking adorable! That dog is pretty cute too.” Finally, a fourth comment read, “Awwwww. A child growing up with his dog. They will always have a playmate, and the bond they will develop will be unbreakable.”
