‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Chris Bukowski Hasn’t Moved On From Katie Morton
Bachelor in Paradise alum Chris Bukowski clearly hasn’t moved on from Katie Morton. He left a flirty message for her on Instagram. The former couple announced their split back in December. Their split did not come as a shock to most of Bachelor Nation. But, of course, not all Bachelor in Paradise romances are meant to last forever.
Chris Bukowski and Katie Morton may no longer be dating, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have feelings for each other. Chris can’t seem to get over his beautiful ex-girlfriend. He was caught leaving messages on her Instagram page. Maybe it’s because she won’t return his phone calls.

Fans are hoping that the flirty messages mean that the couple could get back together. Katie Morton took off on a trip to Rome, Italy. Maybe it was to get away from her ex-fiancee, who’s still pining over her on Instagram. The 32-year-old left a flirty comment on her latest Instagram post, as reported by People. It all started when Katie asked her followers to “comment on your favorite place you’ve ever traveled to.”

She posted a photo of herself drinking wine with the beautiful scenery behind her. Chris Bukowski commented “your apartment.” Sounds like someone’s not over her. Chris and Katie were one of the three couples to get engaged on the latest season of Bachelor in Paradise. But they announced their split in respective Instagram posts. It seemed like a mutual split at the time. Maybe Chris regrets his decision?

Back in December, the couple agreed on their split, as reported by the Chicago Tribune. Their joint statement hinted that it was one of the hardest decisions they ever had to make in their lives. But, they felt it was best for them to “go our separate ways.” Chris and Katie said that they will remain friends because that’s how their relationship got started. In their heartbreaking breakup announcement, they thanked their friends, family, and fans for supporting them on this journey.

Shortly after their announcement, Chris talked about their relationship on Dean Unglert and Jared Haibon’s Help! I Suck at Dating podcast. He blamed “distance” for the reason behind their split. Chris said there were times when he and Katie hardly saw each other. They thought it was best to end their relationship. Katie previously stated that she feels “really at peace” with their split.

In a previous interview with Invest Diva, Chris addressed his relationship with Katie. He said the reason why they don’t post about each other on social media is because they liked keeping their relationship private. They wanted to block out the social media noise, sort of speak. Katie and Chris focused on each other rather than presenting their relationship to the world.
It makes total sense. The couple received their share of backlash on Bachelor in Paradise. On the show, Chris complained about Katie’s lack of communication. They had a rough start to their relationship and Bachelor Nation often criticized them for it.
Some of that social media negativity affected Katie, claims Chris. It’s only gotten easier for him because he’s dealt with it much longer. Katie is still adjusting to life as a reality TV star.
“For Katie, you know, it’s her first time around with all this publicity and stuff, so it’s tough,” Chris said. “You know, you’ll never meet these people, but any negativity about yourself, I mean it hurts to read stuff like that. About yourself, your family, your friends, it’s just tough to read, regardless if someone’s it to your face, you know?”
Several factors have contributed to their split. Chris and Katie should reconsider their long-distance relationship and fix their communication issues before getting back together. It’s probably best for them to do this away from social media.
