Duggar: What Kind Of Music Does Jinger Vuolo Listen To?
On Thursday evening, Jinger Duggar Vuolo shared several new posts on her Instagram stories. A couple of them feature the Jinger and Jeremy’s one-year-old daughter, Felicity. One of them is a little bit different from what she usually shares though.
In one of her stories, Jinger filmed herself talking about her Spotify playlist. She added a link to her stories so her followers could swipe up to listen to her favorite songs. On her Spotify account, she has a playlist called “2020 Motivation”. She wanted to share something encouraging with her followers. So, what kind of music does this Duggar daughter listen to?
Most of Jinger’s playlist consists of Christian music. But, she has thrown in a few secular songs by artists like Regina Spektor, Ben Folds, and Ed Sheeran. These are indie pop and pop artists, which is a little bit different from what her family likely listens to.
Right now, Jinger has 19 songs on her playlist. But, she might add to the playlist or create more playlists for her followers.

Does the Duggar family listen to secular music?
Fans of the family know that they are very conservative and Christian. For this reason, fans wonder if the family members listen to secular music. Recently, the family documented several of the older Duggar boys singing at church. Plus, a few of the girls created a CD. So, the family listens to religious music. Fans also know that the family doesn’t permit dancing.
Even when the grown kids move out, they tend to stick to their parents’ beliefs. Some of them have begun to step away from their parents’ values and are figuring things out for themselves. For example, Jinger and Jill have both worn pants instead of skirts. This isn’t necessarily a big deal, but it’s not something that members of the family typically do.
In an interview, Jim Bob Duggar talked about music and said, “I used to listen to hard rock music, Michelle did too. Then I went to a Christian seminar, actually church camp, and they talked about getting rid of secular rock music. And so, I did that. Then, I went to another conference and they were talking about how music affects people, and especially music that has a beat. It makes you want to dance. But it’s not good on your heart and your mind.”
Now, the family listens to classical music and hymns. Jim Bob said that this has benefited the family. Because it’s an older interview, it’s possible that they have changed their taste in music, but it’s unlikely.
Jana referred to a secular song in one of her posts. But, it’s a song without any suggestive lyrics. Perhaps Jim Bob and Michelle don’t care as much because Jana is almost 30 years old.
If you want to listen to Jinger’s playlist, you can find it on Spotify.
