Duggar: Josiah And Lauren Already Plan To Have A Large Family
Counting On stars Josiah and Lauren Duggar tied the knot on June 30, 2018 after a three-month long engagement. Late last year, they had a miscarriage. They named their first child, Asa. The couple revealed that they had suffered a miscarriage via the family’s website. They also shared about it via social media on their joint account, saying, “Many of yall don’t know this, but a couple of months ago we found out we were expecting, however, soon after we miscarried.”
They continued, “Our expectations of setting up a baby room, hearing the heart beat, feeling the baby’s first kick in mommys tummy, holding our little one and getting to to see our precious baby were – Shattered. Gone. Right before our eyes.”
Then, in May of this year, they revealed that they were expecting again. Their daughter, Bella Milagro, was born in early November. The couple is over the moon about their new addition. They have been sharing plenty of updates about the baby and like to keep fans updated via social media.
Even though Bella is only one month old, fans are starting to wonder if Josiah and Lauren will have more kids in the future. As it turns out, they have already revealed that they are planning to expand their family.

Josiah and Lauren Duggar talk about future kids
When Josiah and Lauren Duggar had a gender reveal party for Bella, they talked about baby names. They discussed the name Bella, after naming their miscarried baby Asa. They decided to start naming their kids in alphabetical order. Josiah said, “We just decided that from that point, we would do [that].”
Once Jim Bob, Josiah’s father, found out about this, he teased that they should name their “J” baby Jim Bob. Josiah agreed. Whether he’s joking or serious is unclear. Josiah did say that they would even name their daughter Jim Bob if they happen to have a girl as their 10th child.
Name patterns aren’t uncommon in the Duggar family. Josiah and all of his siblings have “J” names. Josiah’s brother Josh and sister-in-law Anna are using “M” names for their kids.

As Duggar fans know, Josiah is one of 19 kids. Lauren is already a mother at the age of 20, so they have plenty of time to expand their own family. Lauren did share that she had a difficult labor with Bella, but it’s unclear if that will stop her from continuing to have children.
