‘Bachelor’ Alum Bekah Martinez Shows Positive Attitude, Enjoying Second Pregnancy
Bachelor alum Bekah Martinez and boyfriend Grayston Leonard are having another baby. Bekah announced to the world on Thanksgiving that she was pregnant. She and Grayson had their daughter Ruth in February of 2019. Now, just several months later Bekah is expecting their second child.
Bekah says this pregnancy is moving fast
The reality star is sharing that this pregnancy and her last are already like night and day. Yesterday Bekah took to Instagram to share a photo of her already growing baby bump. She captioned the photo with a long explanation about why this pregnancy is different from her first.
She started out saying she is already 12 weeks pregnant. Bekah went on to say she can’t believe how fast this pregnancy is moving. She said when she found out she was pregnant with Ruth she felt “embarrassed and ashamed.” She thought everyone would be talking about how irresponsible she and Gray were.

Having a baby changes your relationship
Bekah continues in her post talking about her relationship with Gray. She said, “Gray and I had met for the first time February 25th, 2018, and I became pregnant in May. Going through such a life-altering shift with someone you barely know is stressful, scary, and often filled with doubt.”
She continued, “All that changed the moment Ruth was born. Truly. I know it’s a cliche, but love blossomed so deeply between us the moment she took her first breath. That very night we danced together in the living room while she slept.”
The two look so happy in their photos and are loving life together with their daughter. The two will welcome their second child in June of 2020.

Why this pregnancy is different
Bekah continues her caption saying, “Now, with this baby, we can give ourselves permission to be joyful. We’re not fearful. We’re delighted. I can see it on Gray’s face when he touches my belly and tell the baby he loves it.”
She wrapped up her sweet post by sharing that she is having fun being pregnant this time around. Bekah said, “Maybe that’s why this pregnancy is already zooming by— time really does fly when you’re having fun.”
