The Hallmark Countdown Continues with Check Inn To Christmas.

What happens with two love interests from competing family-run inns fall for each other at Christmastime? Well, it sounds like the Romeo and Juliet with a Hallmark ending! Perennial Hallmark Christmas favorite, Rachel Boston is back, this time starring with Wes Brown in this holiday romance about two inns in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

What do we know about this Christmas movie?

What Is Check Inn To Christmas About?

Julia Crawley (Boston), a big-time corporate New York City lawyer, returns to her Rocky Mountain home town, she expects to enjoy the holiday at her family’s quaint inn. Instead, she feels she is in the middle of the feud between the Hatfields and the McCoys.

This ongoing feud is longstanding, three-generations old! Yet as things get crazier, a small attraction “blossoms” between Julia and her gorgeous rival, Roger Mason (Brown). There is even a Romeo and Juliet sort of balcony scene! The more Roger and Julia are pulled apart by their families, the closer the couple becomes. Can this lovestruck couple become united at Christmas? Will they find a happier ever after and get both sides to call a truce, at least for Christmas?

Speaking to the International Business Times, Rachel Boston shares that Julia looks at the town with different eyes. The town hasn’t changed, but she has changed. As with many Hallmark Christmas movies, this is a story about looking at your family and everything you have taken for granted and appreciating them. New York City may have been your dream, but that place you grew up was really that special place in your heart. In Check Inn To Christmas, there is nothing more special than home sweet home.
