Families with young children know how picky kids can be. It can be hard to find foods that kids like to eat. Sometimes, parents will make a completely different meal for their kids to avoid a dinnertime battle. The same is true for the Duggar family of TLC’s Counting On.

On social media, Jessa Duggar Seewald opened up to fans and talked about her family’s mealtime struggles. The mom of three said, “Picky eaters? 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏼‍♂️ Things were getting a bit rough, so we’ve been making some reforms in the Seewald household.

Along with her caption, the Counting On star shared a cute video of her son Henry cracking eggs. Fans in the comments section of her post think it’s amazing that he can already crack an egg. One said, “IMPRESSIVE EGG CRACKING SKILLS Right There!!🙌🏼🐣” Another commented on how gentle he is with the egg at such a young age.

Counting On star Jessa Seewald shares YouTube video

In her post, Jessa explains that she has made a YouTube video about her changes to her kids’ diets. She wrote, “We’ve had lots of helpful tips and advice shared with us for retraining appetites and getting kiddos to branch out and try new foods. I know we can’t be the only ones struggling with this, so I just made a little video describing some things we’ve been learning and implementing.

She also included the link to her YouTube video for other parents who might want to check it out. It seems like Jessa wants to help other parents because she knows that plenty of parents deal with that sort of thing.

Something that Counting On fans really appreciate about the Duggar family is their honesty. Because they’re in front of the cameras all the time, the family tends to share a lot of information. They open up about their lives and help others to feel less alone.

In response to the post and Jessa’s video, her sister Jill Dillard left a comment. Jill has two kids of her own so she knows the same struggles that Jessa is going through. Jill wrote, “Love the video! Yes, keep introducing foods and even if they used to not like it, they may surprise you and love it later!
Also, noticed that keeping healthier snacks visible will make them ask for those snacks more (somewhat ‘outta sight outta mind’). 🤗”
