Stassi Schroeder Of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Explains How They Chose The Date For Their Rome Wedding
Stassi Schroeder of Vanderpump Rules got engaged in July to Beau Clark and since then planning has been non-stop according to People. Recently on her Instagram stories she showed them touring venues in Rome. On a live taping of her podcast, Stassi said they knew the date from the beginning. Schroeder said their wedding will be in October for good reason. “We are not going to sweat, no one at my wedding is going to sweat.”
Beau Clark chimed in saying, “it’s going to be a crisp, fall wedding.” Schroeder confirmed Lisa Vanderpump will not officiate the wedding because that’s been done in her opinion. Stassi said her diet for the wedding is a form of mild starvation. She said, “I’m doing intermittent fasting. I can still have ranch dressing and anything I want to eat, but only from 11-6. I don’t feel deprived.”

Stassi Schroeder Is Getting Married In Europe
When she released details about her wedding on her podcast she said, “it would be small and in Europe.” She said she wasn’t going to tell where it was yet, and now the cats out of the bag. They’re looking at venues in Rome. She shared at least four tours so they’re clearly trying to find the best one for their special day.
She thinks no matter what, people will have fun in Europe. Stassi Schroeder said, “I don’t care if somebody’s not having that good of a time. Like, how can you not have a great time in Europe.” She said she’s not great at entertaining people and she’s happy to have a small wedding. She said, “I’m not going to make small talk, it’s only people we love.” Anyone who watches Vanderpump knows that Stassi shoots it straight, some people aren’t getting the invite.
Beau Clark Is A Good One For Stassi
Stassi Schroder and Beau Clark, now a regular on the show, are easily most fans favorite couple. Considering when Stassi was first introduced she was in a toxic relationship with Jax Taylor, she’s come a long way. Her new relationship is one she’s happy to talk about as often as she can.
She said, “I don’t feel bad about shouting it from the rooftops because y’all, I’ve been through like 15 years of s— boyfriends, so now that I have a good one and I’m fine to brag about it!” Fans look forward to watching her wedding which will be filmed for Vanderpump Rules.
