Mike Johnson isn’t afraid to go after what he wants. Since his run on The Bachelorette he’s been the rumored Bachelor and been linked to Demi Lovato. On a recent episode of Strahan, Sara, and Keke he showed he’s not afraid to go with what he wants no matter who is listening.

According to E! Online, Keke Palmer recently joined the crew for the show and probably wanted to keep it professional. When she asked Mike about his dating life though, he took it as an invitation.

Mike Johnson Boldly Asked Her Out

Keke Palmer asked Mike Johnson about his recent dates with Demi, but he had other things on his mind. He said, he made a mistake. He didn’t like dating in the public eyes. Then he completely surprised Keke by saying, “but if I were to ask you if we could go on a date in the public…” He didn’t get to finish the sentence from all the cheering.

Keke covered her face and looked to her hosts for help, “Michael,” she said, “you’ve got the next question!” Keke looks adorable as he asked her out in the video shown below. She’s seated right next to Mike and her co-hosts both look the other way avoiding helping her out.

When Michael turned around he said, “he lost me when he asked you out on a date.” Mike Johnson said she’s real adventurous, right? Michael said yes but, “let me tell you something. Demi’s my girl, I love this one here too now. You mess up I’m coming for you.” He then said y’all look real good together sitting there.

Keke Keeps Trying To Keep It Professional

“You’re embarassing me,” Keke said, “I’m at work guys,” and Michael said at the commercial break, you can get her number. Sarah Haines said, “we approve,” as Keke continued to look shocked at Mike Johnson throwing that on her.
Mike also talked about not being The Bachelor and said, “they went another direction.” When Sarah Haines asked if he thought the producers got it wrong Mike had a quick answer. He said, “I don’t think they got it wrong. They’ve been doing this for 24 seasons, so they know what they’re doing.”
Mike went on to say Peter is a good dude. I don’t have anything against Peter. He said with a black Bachelor they may lose some ratings because of some people but they’d bring in new ones. Fans will have to stay tuned to see if Keke said yes or no.
