TV Shows Ace reported that Starcasm dug around and found out Max had more than one run-in with the law. We reported, “Starcasm writers have spent a lot of time trying to make heads or tails of Max’s various arrests. Plus, the sentences are rather head-scratching. In fact, they dug out the info on the latest arrest that came to light. It came about in July, the outlet noted. The newly revealed offense was driving with a suspended license. But, his addiction issues seemed quite serious, so fans hope he would address them seriously.

We later reported that the Unexpected baby daddy might not make it to his own prom, as he might be in rehab. We noted that “Chloe was more upset about not going to prom than him going to rehab. She did end up going without him, though.” But now, some months on, it looks like Max is really focusing on getting control of his addiction. On Sunday morning, he shared that he’s 33 days into turning his life around and just returned from an AA retreat.
