‘The Bachelor’ 2020 Spoilers: Peter Weber Is Into Kelsey Weier – Who Is She?
The Bachelor is in full swing filming episodes for the 2020 season featuring Peter Weber. There are already spoilers out and it looks like Pilot Pete already has his eye on one girl. Kelsey Weier has already caught Peter’s attention. This season is already filled with drama and also filled with several pageant queens.
Who is Kelsey Weier?
According to Reality Steve and Cosmopolitan Kelsey is going to make it far into the competition to win Peter’s heart. Because Kelsey seems to be on Peter’s short list, fans obviously need to know everything about her.
First of all, Kelsey was Miss Iowa in 2017. She competed for Miss USA as well. Plus, Kelsey is already stirring up drama among the Bachelor women. Apparently Kelsey and Hannah Sluss do not get along. It’s still early in the season and already there is an apparent dislike for each other.

She and Hannah are not getting along
According to reports, Kelsey lost out on a fashion show type contest during a group date. Hannah won and Kelsey reportedly complained to producers about this. Reality Steve said, “When it was all over and Hannah had won, Kelsey was called over by production to the back. Thinking it may seem like since Kelsey was a former pageant winner that she has an issue with Hannah winning. Was told told Kelsey was not a fan of Hannah. A lot of eye rolling.”
The former Miss Iowa has already shared a coveted one-on-one date with Peter. The date took place on October 4 and involved some soap box derby racing. Photos shared on social media indicate the two were comfortable, cozy and appeared to be enjoying each other’s company. Apparently, the group date alone time was important to her too.
Other known facts about Kelsey
According to Cosmo, Kelsey worked at a hair salon prior to entering pageant competitions. She also puts a lot of effort into wellness. Kelsey is described as having a dedication to wellness. She enjoys the outdoors and friends can find her out enjoying the beautiful Iowa countryside. Whether it be boating, bike riding or lounging by the pool, she likes being outside enjoying the fresh air.
Kelsey also has a twin named Kayla. Should Kelsey make it far as Steve predicts, fans will probably be meeting Kayla at hometowns.

She attributes being independent and strong to her mother. Kelsey speaks about how she was raised by an awesome single mom who taught her these strengths.
Miss Iowa’s struggle with self confidence
Cosmopolitan also shared that Kelsey shockingly said during the Miss USA competition that she has struggled with self confidence her entire life. Kelsey said,
“Self-confidence has been something I have struggled with since I was little. Growing up as a twin, Kayla and I were constantly being compared to each other. As a young girl, this was a difficult battle that I had to learn to overcome.”
She continued, “As I grew older, I realized that no matter how different my sister and I were, people were always going to compare us. As I got older, I started to look at what made me special and different from her, instead of looking at what she was better at than me. Confidence is a hard thing to develop. For me, it has taken many years and a lot of self-reflecting to get to where I am today. When I start to compare myself to others, I quickly remind myself of the positives in my life and what makes me special. Do I have a lot of room to grow? Yes! But I’m proud of the strides I have taken to get to where I am today.”
