‘Teen Mom 2’ Alum Jenelle Evans Celebrates Wedding Anniversary Then Changes Relationship Status to Separated
Teen Mom 2 fans are more than used to the complicated relationships of the show’s stars. None more so than Jenelle Evans (now Eason) and her husband, David Eason. Just a few months ago, they faced the wrath of the social media that helped them rise to fame. Jenelle posted that David had killed her dog, Nugget.
Both Fired by MTV
David was fired by MTV in 2018 as a result of homophobic tweets. The fallout from the dog drama caused MTV to stop filming with Jenelle in April of 2019. MTV announced the reality star would not be returning for the next season, Season 10.
However, Jenelle now claims that she was fired for only one season, the show’s 9th. She hopes to come back to the hit show in the future.
Teen Mom 2 Star Celebrates 2nd Wedding Anniversary with Instagram Post
The couple married in 2017 after two years of dating. Jenelle celebrated their anniversary by posting a photo of them to her Instagram pages. She captioned the photo, “#HappyAnniversary 2 years married – 4 years together.”
The last photo visible on his Instagram is from 10 months ago. In 2018, he posted a photo of their wedding with a long caption about how much he loves her. How things change in a year!

Jenelle Changes Relationship Status to ‘Separated,’ Posts Passive-Aggressive Meme
Internet sleuths noticed that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle changed her About information on Facebook within the last few days. She changed it to the status ‘separated.’ If it’s true that the couple has separated, it wouldn’t be the first time. In fact, they separated briefly following the situation with the dog.
However, in a recent interview with People magazine, she defends his actions. The reality star cites her husband’s country upbringing. Jenelle reasons,
“It was a situation where my daughter, her health, her safety was in danger.”
Clearly, she forgave him for murdering her innocent dog. In addition to changing her relationship status, she posted some questionable memes. On September 24th, she posted a meme referencing a mother’s advice to leave a relationship. The meme states that a person won’t leave a bad situation until they are ready.

Jenelle recently released her own line of makeup. Sales have been less than stellar. Perhaps she should wait for MTV’s call.
