Bethenny Frankel Leaving ‘The Real Housewives Of New York’
Bethenny Frankel has been a key focus in the Bravo series The Real Housewives of New York since its premiere in 2008. Frankel starred for two seasons before leaving just before the third season in 2010. She rejoined the series in 2015 for its seventh season. Frankel has made guest appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She also snagged two spins off shows entitled Bethenny & Fredrik and Bethenny Ever After.
However, Bethenny has recently announced that she will not be returning for Season 12 of The Real Housewives of New York. Bethenny recently announced her future endeavors by saying,
“I have decided to leave the ‘Housewives’ franchise to explore my next chapter. It’s time to move on and focus on my daughter, my philanthropy and my production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in shows which represent a shift in the conversation for women. With the changes in modern culture, I want to highlight the strength, confidence and unstoppable power that women have. My experience at Bravo has been an incredibly magical ride. I am so grateful to them for highlighting my entrepreneurialism and allowing me to pave the way for many women to achieve their goals. I am excited for my future. The best is yet to come.”
The Real Housewives of New York
The Real Housewives of New York follows several highly successful women in the Big Apple. best-selling author and journalist Carole Radziwill appears on the series, as well as, entrepreneur Ramona Singer. Full-time mothers Aviva Drescher and Sonja Morgan have also appeared on the series. Fans watch as these women live their lives and grow from their experiences.
Bethenny Frankel
Bethenny is an entrepreneur and author. She has appeared in several television shows including The Apprentice: Martha Stewart in 2005 where she was the runner up. She also hosted her own talk show entitled Bethenny. She has recently signed on to develop and produce content for MGM Television. Bethenny has not yet announced what is in the making. She has, however, gone to Instagram to thank the fans for their support. She recently wrote,
“I wanted to take a moment to write a personal note to you. I am so grateful to you for sticking with me through everything. You started this journey with me in my tiny apartment in my late 30s, wondering what would happen to me. I was broke, single, had no family and no idea what the future held.”
She continued expressing her gratitude and then offered some words of wisdom.
“GO for it. Whatever it is. Reach for your dreams in life and love and make the impossible happen, because it can happen and it WILL happen. Come from a place of yes and it’s yours for the taking.”
She concluded the post with a brief statement in classic Frankel fashion.
“PS: New York City is still my playground”
