Will Tyler C. Be ‘The Bachelor’? Chris Harrison Opens Up

There’s been a lot of talk of who will be the star of the next season of The Bachelor. Tyler C. was in the running, but after being spotted on a date with Gigi Hadid it’s got fans wondering if he could still be in the running. Even Chris Harrison has an opinion on the situation.

According to Yahoo, Chris Harrison is talking about if Tyler C.’s chances of being The Bachelor are ruined after he was spotted on a date with Gigi Hadid.

To start, Hannah Brown asked Tyler to get drinks with her during The Bachelorette finale. The pair did, and Tyler was actually seen leaving Hannah’s place. However, just a few days later he was seen hanging out with Gigi Hadid.

Chris Harrison has made it clear he applauds Tyler for the fun he’s having. However, he also thinks this negatively affects his chances of being The Bachelor. Apparently, they take all things, including this, into consideration when choosing someone to take on the major role.

“[This is] why we’re waiting [to announce who it is]. Let’s see how these guys react. Let’s see who really is sincere at the end of the day, because we do have a couple of months before we have to start production and really get into this, so we have time,” Chris said.

Chris went on to explain that while this is great for Tyler, these aren’t really traits they are looking for. These aren’t things they like when making the next Bachelor. Currently, Tyler is having fun living his life and going on dates. Chris makes it clear he supports him in this, but the next Bachelor needs to be ready to settle down and find love.

“So, it’s about sincerity. It’s about where you are in your life. And if that’s where he is in his life, then he’s not the guy for us,” Chris continued.

So it sounds like if Tyler keeps going down the path he’s on, fans won’t get to see him as The Bachelor this next season. That may be for the best though as it’s still unclear if he will move forward with a relationship with Hannah.
